Little Details that got my interest in the first trailer:
- That blue butterfly and the spirits that followed it are not for mere decoration, I’m sure of it.
- Yep, Spanish conquistador theme with some Chinese-style marching (or whatever you call their strut; I’ve only seen the Chinese military do it as sensational). But who’s good, who’s bad and who’s in the grey area? The opening seems misleading. Oh, and I like that shield.
- Default MY Unit or Marth’s girl? Looks a lot like him, has his physique and similar sword/attacks. I thought it was genderbent!Marth at first.
- YAY! The First and only useful Fire Emblem is back. The Shield of Seals! Should have expected it considering the Falchion, and now Marth’s female clone, are here.
- Is that Earth magic, a petrifying skill/weapon-effect or laguz-like transformations? And what was that beast that broke through it? Looks like a bull but the gallop is the generic horse one. Burning up torero-wannabes is a nice addition.
- Europian release means at least English and/or Spanish, which is a huge plus, whether it has a NoA release or not, which it will most likely have. Ah well, no FE12 for you, America, it seems.
- They’re really showcasing that team-up attack. Most of the battles shown have been of that type, which makes me wonder if setting up a character to team-up, means they can aid everyone attacking someone in range more than once per turn. Could be very useful if there’s a Shove.
- Why is the Japanese release, Thursday the 19th, and not Friday the 20th, the actual 22nd anniversary?
And that’s it for now. I’m just glad it’s getting out of Japan.
